3,708 public toilets with parking at the site are recorded in Victoria, out of 15,787 nationally. That makes it the second-largest state total, behind New South Wales (5,446). They sit in 1,184 named towns.

The heaviest concentrations are around Mildura (40), Epping (25) and Wangaratta (25). Those 3 account for 90 of the 3,708; a further 496 towns record exactly one.
