Of the 15,787 public toilets with parking at the site on the national map, 2,675 are in Queensland. That makes it the third-largest state total, behind New South Wales (5,446) and Victoria (3,708). They sit in 1,094 named towns.

The largest clusters are at Dalby (17), Cleveland (15) and Biloela (14). Those 3 account for 46 of the 2,675; a further 519 towns record exactly one.

Named listings include Barrett Street Park (Water Reserve), Wynnum Railway Station, Dundubara Camping Area - Great Sandy National Park and Henry Lawson Bicentennial Park. Around Dalby the listings run to Thomas Jack Park, Diplock Park and Bell Park.
