What applies in Victoria

If you do not hold a Victorian Companion Card, you use the ordinary MLAA order form and pay the standard price. Some Victorian councils additionally lend keys short-term from customer service centres, but we were not able to verify individual council loan terms, so contact your council rather than relying on second-hand summaries.
